FAQ's

  • What are the steps to book our services?

    50% deposit required to secure date and service. Balance must be paid prior to event starting. If balance is not paid, service will not be given.

  • When is the best time to book for our services?

    Feel free to reach out at any point of time! But try to give us a minimum of 2 weeks before your event to ensure the smoothest process & results.

  • What type of payment do you accept?

    Evres Events accepts payments via ACH, check, credit card (with 3.5% transaction fee), Zelle, and Venmo.

  • How do I make custom apparel with you?

    If you have an image (at 300 dpi) or vector art, you can submit that and we will use it for your custom apparel! Otherwise, we can make the graphic art as long as you provide the concept. Full payment upfront, and 3 rounds of edits are allowed. Once the product has been created, there are no refunds.
